Cheer Strong always focuses on Product’s Quality and has our own Department of the Q.C (Quality Control). To ensure product quality, our skillful staff with up-to-date equipment carries out quality control from raw materials to delivery.
All material is checked and met the required standard at every stage. In the manufacturing process, testing equipments are used to check if our products are met our customers’ standards and quality so that rejects pieces can be easily found and removed.
At the end of the manufacturing, the Staff of the Q.C Department takes some samples and checks quality. The data and records are analyzed so that we could know quality trends, find out problems and take actions to improve the production management and future product quality.
